Purpose

This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which clients may request cancellations or refunds for paid services offered by Equity Guru MS, in compliance with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.

General Policy

All research and advisory services offered by Equity Guru MS are non-refundable and non-transferable, once payment is successfully made. Clients are expected to review the scope, duration, and nature of the service before making a purchase.

Cancellation of Subscription

• Clients may choose to cancel a recurring subscription at any time.
• Cancellation will stop future billing, but the current term will remain active until expiry.
• No partial refunds are provided for mid-term cancellations.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not issued under the following conditions:

• Dissatisfaction with research performance
• Missed updates due to spam filter, user error, or network issues
• Change of mind or switching to other services
• Claims of financial loss due to following or not following the recommendations

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Payment made for the wrong service (if reported within 24 hours)
• Failure to deliver the service within 5 working days of the promised start date (excluding market holidays or force majeure)

How to Request a Refund

Eligible refund requests must be submitted via email to the support address listed on the website with the following details:

• Full name and registered email
• Transaction ID or payment receipt
• Reason for refund

All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days and, if approved, processed within 5–10 working days via the original mode of payment.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments, refunds, or cancellations shall be resolved amicably through internal grievance redressal. If unresolved, clients may approach SEBI SCORES or relevant regulatory channels.
