Purpose

This Service Delivery Policy outlines the standards, timelines, and processes followed by Equity Guru MS in delivering research reports, trading signals, and associated services to its registered clients and subscribers, as per SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.

This policy applies to all paid subscribers, registered users, and clients of Equity Guru MS who have opted for:

Equity Research Reports Weekly/Monthly as scheduled
Daily Intraday Signals (if opted) Before market open or live
Option/Futures Strategies As per selected plan (daily/weekly)
Recommendation Reports Monthly or Quarterly
Query Response (Client Support) Within 24–48 business hours

All services are delivered only during market hours and on working days (Mon–Fri), excluding market holidays.

Delivery Failure Protocol

In the rare event of delay or failure due to:

Subscribers will be notified in advance (where possible), and missed services will be compensated through an extension of subscription or alternate delivery.

Client Responsibilities

Confidentiality

All services are for individual subscriber use only. Forwarding or commercial sharing of research is strictly prohibited and will result in service suspension or legal action.

Feedback & Grievance

Equity Guru MS encourages all clients to share service feedback or report service issues by writing to the support email provided on the website.

Policy Review

This policy shall be reviewed annually or upon any regulatory update and is subject to change with the approval of the Research Analyst.
